- Responsible for planning, designing and implementing network and security measures. This includes creating strategies, selecting technologies, and designing network and security architecture
- Oversees changes in network and security, including updates, configurations and deployment of new technologies.
- Identifies and resolves network and security issues, such as outages, security incidents and configuration errors.
- Ensures all systems are up-to-date and secure. This involves deploying patches and updates.
- Monitors licenses and ensures all devices are covered by valid licenses and contracts.
- Provide global operational ownership for NW/SEC infrastructure (firewalls, proxies, content filtering, load balancers, VPN gateways, IDS, IPS, etc.), ensuring compliance with standards and policies and managing operations.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance existing/new security technologies, processes, and governance to achieve proactive security monitoring/detection capabilities.
- Enforce security policy by monitoring and managing security technologies (IPS/IDS, firewalls, DDoS protection, antivirus, server patching, web filtering, NAC, data loss prevention, email filtering, identity management system, tokenization).
- Gather and understand security requirements, controls, policies, and threats related to network security by consulting with other internal experts and vendors.
- Verify appropriate security solutions are developed and implemented for network infrastructure components.
- Lead security risk identification and provide recommendations to mitigate risks.
- Assist in developing and enforcing appropriate hardware, software and processes standards for the NW/SEC environment.
- Coordinate and manage the issuance and coordination of NW/SEC documentation.
- Independently lead and manage projects related to network and information security.
- Close cooperation and communication with other team members, technical teams and relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in budgeting of network and security infrastructure, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- LAN/WAN/Wifi/Security administration on advanced level
- CCNP or an equivalent certification is required
- Knowledge and experience with these technologies are welcome: Cisco Routing/Switching, Cisco FTD/ASA, Cisco ESA/WSA, Cisco ISE, MFA, SDA/DNAC, F5 Big IP, Cortex XDR, LogManager, NetWrix, Cloud, MS Azure, Proofpoint
- 3+ years of experience in network and security fields
- ISACA (CISA, CISM, CSX) certification and Information Security ISO (27001, 31000) knowledge is an advantage
- ITIL foundation
- Advanced English
