  • respond to different types of incidents and requests for technical assistance via phone, email, ticket tracking system, or monitoring system
  • diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
  • follow standard internal procedures
  • identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
  • escalate issues and seeks advise when faced with non-standard issues
  • 24/7 support
  • prepare analysis and reports
Personality assumptions and skills
  • experience with the PC installation and configuration (HW, SW, OS)
  • customer service orientation
  • problem analysis and solving
  • basic cybersecurity knowledge (advantage)
  • good team player with ability to work in demanding environment
  • communication skills, both verbal and written
  • fluent English
