We are looking for End User Support enthusiasts, who will join out team! :)Job offer information- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- End support of computers, cellphones, tablets, printers for internal employees and external clients
- Respond to requests for technical assistance via phone, email or ticket tracking system
- Follow standard service desk procedures, work with various tools
- Communicate with dedicated technicians and service deskPersonality assumptions and skills- Experience with the PC installation and configuration (HW, SW, OS)
