IT Team Leader
We are seeking an experienced IT Team Leader to manage our team of 3rd Level IT support professionals. This position is a maternity leave cover.

- Resolve escalated issues and mitigate risks related to the services provided in a timely manner
- Set priorities and ensure timely completion of tasks

- Actively participate in the development of the service portfolio and the implementation of new competencies
- Create, update, and optimize processes related to customer support and continuously improve the services delivered
- Regularly report to superiors and the company's senior management
- Previous experience in leading teams within the IT field
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and customer support
- Strong customer orientation and effective communication skills
- Ability to set and manage priorities for oneself and the team
- Focus on building team collaboration and motivating team members
- English B2/C1
