Javascript Developer for Voice Applications
We are seeking a talented Front-end Developer with expertise in JavaScript to join our team. This role requires the ability to build robust and scalable voice applications, front-ends, and integrations to enhance our customer service capabilities.
Job offer information- Develop, implement, and maintain voice applications, front-ends, and integrations using JavaScript and related technologies.
- Integrate voice applications with call center technologies (Cisco, Avaya, Genesys, or similar) through APIs and web services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design voice solutions that meet business needs.
- Perform troubleshooting and provide technical support for voice applications and integrations.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in voice application technologies and recommend improvements.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of voice applications and integrations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to voice application development and integrations.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior developers.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as Front-end Developer or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including modern frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js).
- Familiarity with APIs, web services, and VoIP technologies and protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with voice application development and integration with call center technologies.
- Experience with cloud-based call center solutions and voice platforms.
- Certifications in Cisco, Avaya, Genesys, or other relevant voice technologies.
- Knowledge of speech recognition and natural language processing technologies.
- Familiarity with containerization and deployment technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
