What you will do:
• Design, develop and maintain Kubernetes infrastructure (cloud based and on-prem)
• Create and maintain Helm Go templates and Kustomize configuration files
• Write and improve deployment automation scripts (Python)
• Document both automated and manual operational processes
• Design and implement container images (C#, .Net Core, Typescript, Go)
• Create and improve integrations with external identity providers (Azure AD, Okta, Keycloak)
• Investigate performance issues
Required skills:
• Coding skills (C#/Java/C++)
• Scripting/automation skills (Python preferred)
• Container design and implementation
• HTTP protocol basics
Nice to have skills:
• Cloud experience (preferably Azure)
• Experience with managed Kubernetes services (preferably AKS)

Část A: Podpora Servisního Centra
– Zajištění uživatelské podpory při práci se systémy jako Group Retail Portal, ElsaPro, DISS, ODIS-S, ETKA apod.
– Podpora uživatelů při řešení infrastrukturních témat (konfigurace PC, konfigurace tisku, certifikáty apod.) a komunikace se IT koncového zákazníka.
– Testování PC z hlediska funkčnosti uvedených aplikací při vzdáleném připojení do sítě.
– Podpora uživatelů při náběhu nových aplikací nebo jejich verzí.
– Vedení dokumentace o poskytované podpoře, tvorba návodů pro uživatele a zaškolení uživatelů.
Část B: Uživatelská podpora s testováním aplikace koncového zákazníka
– Řešení incidentů a požadavků na změnu pro mobilní aplikace koncového zákazníka
– Tvorba testovacích scénářů a testovacího plánu.
– Testování nových řešení změn a UAT (proaktivní přístup).
– Komunikace s importéry týkající se incident a change managementu.
– Komunikace s uživateli pomocí B2C kanálů mobilní aplikace (analýza review na App store, příprava odpovědí).
– Spolupráce s vývojovými týmy aplikace (analytické a testovací aktivity, dokumentace). Znalost Confluence a JIRA je výhodou.
