Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager who will lead the development, enhancement, and continuous innovation of our payment card product and solutions. He/she will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market needs, define product vision, and ensure successful product delivery. His/her role will encompass market analysis, product development, pricing strategies, and support for pre-sales and marketing activities.

o Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for payment card processing
solutions.
o Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
o Define product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer needs. Created
particular and overall company product strategy and follow it.
o Promote continuous innovation of products/services based on market demand and
alignment with other divisions.
2. Product Development:
o Collaborate with sales, analytical, developer and operations teams to develop and launch
new features.
o Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends,
and business goals.
o Oversee the design and implementation phases of new products/services through the
relevant company functions.
o Ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
o Support the improvement of existing services due to advancements in technology.
3. Market Analysis and Business Opportunities:
o Analyze market needs for the target clientele segment.
o Research and promote new business opportunities in collaboration with other structures.
o Analyze competitors, their products/services, and their positioning.
o Define the business plan and propose corrective actions for deviations.
o Provide updates to the Client Team on product/service development.
4. Pricing and Commercial Support:
o Propose pricing policies and maintain the price list for products/services.
o Support the preparation of commercial offers, business cases and responses to RFIs/RFPs
based on client needs.
o Define service contracts and identify appropriate billing drivers.
o Manage the launch of new products/services on the market.
5. Pre-sales and Client Engagement:
o Assist the Client Team in the pre-sales process and support Account Managers in meetings
with existing/potential customers.
o Provide support for bid management activities and response to calls for tender (RFI/RFP).
o Design the service model and create promotional marketing material with the Client Team.
6. Performance Monitoring and Improvement:
o Define and track key performance metrics to evaluate product success.Benefits
