Solution Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Solution Delivery Manager for our customer to provide support for processing of new requirements from our clients. The role covers assistance from the first discussions with clients about the business needs, requirements and possible solutions, through the collection of inputs from internal teams & creating solution design to continuous support during the project deliveryJob offer informationPre-sales Support
- Understand products and services available to offer our clients
-  Understand client’s requests and ability to clarify it with the sales team and/or client
directly
-  Consult and explain benefits and limitations of suggested solution alternatives, help clients
to adjust or modify their requirements to meet an optimal target
Offer Support
-  Translate business needs into business requirement documents
-  Communicate internally with delivery teams to design optimal solution
-  Be the liaison among sales team, technology teams, test team and support teams
- Prepare full inputs/information needed for a client’s offer including the effort estimates, solution
description and assumptions (based on inputs from other teams)
-  Present solution design, functionalities and features to clients
Delivery Support
-  Present suggested solution internally during the resource planning meeting
-  Manage smaller implementations, focus on delivering the results within the agreed costs
and timeline
-  Interface directly with banks, third parties, sales team, vendors and other internal
departments to ensure adherence to established policies, practices and timeframes
-  Prepare manuals and training materialsOther information- Hybrid work. Can work remotely, however the solution delivery manager shall meet the project team and collaborators in Bratislava office weekly.Personality assumptions and skills

-  English at least B2 English (Upper Intermediate)
-  Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
-  Understanding of payment card processing - including authorization, clearing and
settlement.
-  Experienced in gathering requirements and handling various inputs
-  Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, capability to
prioritize tasks
-  High level of social competence, good communication and analytical skills
-  Solution and delivery oriented
-  Experience in presentation methodologies
