We are seeking a talented Voice System Engineer with developer skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in call center technology and experience with Cisco, Avaya, Genesys, or similar platforms. This role requires the ability to build applications, front-ends, and integrations on top of these systems to enhance our customer service capabilities.

Job offer information- Develop, implement, and maintain voice applications, front-ends, and integrations for call center technologies (Cisco, Avaya, Genesys, or similar).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of our customers to gather requirements and design voice solutions that meet business needs.
- Perform troubleshooting and provide technical support for voice applications and integrations.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in call center technologies and recommend improvements.
- Ensure high availability and performance of voice systems and applications.
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to voice application development and integrations.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior developers.Personality assumptions and skills- Proven experience as a Voice Developer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of call center technologies such as Cisco, Avaya, Genesys, or similar.
- Experience with voice application development and integration.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or similar.
- Familiarity with APIs and web services.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.   
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

- Proven experience as Voice System Engineer or in similar role.
- Certifications in Cisco, Avaya, Genesys, or other relevant technologies.
- Experience with cloud-based call center solutions.
