– Vývoj a implementácia nových aplikácií a workflow na platforme ServiceNow.
– Údržba existujúcich aplikácií a zabezpečenie ich bezproblémovej funkčnosti.
– Optimalizácia výkonu a používateľskej skúsenosti.
– Navrhovanie komplexných riešení na základe obchodných požiadaviek.Tvorba technickej dokumentácie a diagramov.
– Integrácia ServiceNow s ďalšími systémami (napr. REST API).
– Automatizácia procesov pomocou ServiceNow a ďalších nástrojov (napr. DevOps, CI/CD).
– Úzka spolupráca s obchodnými a IT tímami.
– Zúčastňovanie sa na projektových stretnutiach a poskytovanie odborných rád.

– Core involvement in the technical implementation of ServiceNow using Service Management practices based on client.
– Co-Design, develop, install and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications (specifically Cloud Management Platform).
– Experience in using CMP Blueprint or current template
– Take ownership of defined complex business requirements and work them to completion with the support of the ServiceNow Business Analyst.
– Leverage your extensive technical knowledge to ensure optimization, and compliance when IT Organizations use the ServiceNow Platform.
– Willing to develop on older ServiceNow instance

• Configuration and Management: Configure and manage the ACI fabric, including fabric switches, spine switches, leaf switches, and Application Policy Infrastructure Controllers (APICs). Manage tasks such as creating VLANs, port channels, access policies, and endpoint groups.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to ACI fabric operation, connectivity, and policy enforcement. Independently solve and troubleshoot incidents and errors within your defined expertise.
• Security Implementation: Implement security best practices within the ACI fabric to safeguard against threats and vulnerabilities. Configure features like micro-segmentation, role-based access control (RBAC), and encryption to enhance the security posture of the ACI environment.
• Deployment and Configuration: Deploy Web Application Firewall (WAF) appliances or software solutions, configuring them to align with organizational security policies and requirements. Define rulesets, configure security policies, and specify which web applications or services are protected by the WAF.
• On-Call Participation: Participate in on-call duties, providing expert-level support and troubleshooting for incidents as they occur.
• Team Collaboration and Mentoring: Collaborate closely with team members to ensure successful project execution. Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge-sharing.
